FAQ

Why does it tingle or itch sometimes? Totally normal, usually on arms, legs, stomach or soles of feet, and it fades with regular use. If uncomfortable, dilute with a little water, apply to less sensitive areas, or wash off after 20 minutes.

Why do I need magnesium? Most of us are deficient, and magnesium is needed for proper absorption of calcium.

How is it absorbed through the skin? Magnesium chloride applied to the skin bypasses the gut and is absorbed into the bloodstream, rapidly restoring levels.

Directions

To aid sleep, 1–2 sprays onto the tummy and massage, or spray onto soles of feet and massage gently. Apply morning and evening. Otherwise spray over the body and rub in, targeting sore muscles or aches and pains (for headache, spray the back of the neck and base of skull). Avoid face, eyes and irritated areas. Leave on, or wash off after 20 minutes if desired. Wash hands after use. Do not spray on jewellery or metals. Use daily — it may take time to raise magnesium levels. Keep out of reach of children; seek immediate medical advice if swallowed.

No fillers, additives, flow agents, added colours or added fragrance; non-GMO, fumigation-free, not tested on animals, vegan, allergen-free, gluten and nut free. Ten sprays contain approx. 350mg of elemental magnesium.
