WHAT IT DOES

Arnica in cream form or taken orally is beneficial in reducing soft tissue swelling and bruising following surgery, dental work, sports injuries and knocks or falls.

Arnica cream is beneficial for tired aching legs after exertion.

Arnica helps to promote relaxation of the body after childbirth.

HOW TO USE IT?   EXTERNAL USE ONLY!

Newborns to adults : apply topically to affected area as soon as possible after injury.

Repeat 3 -4 times a day or as needed.

Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds.
