Directions for Use

• To aid sleep, use 1-2 sprays onto tummy and massage, or spray onto soles of feet and massage gently for fast absorption. Apply morning and evening to restore cellular magnesium levels through the skin.
• Otherwise, spray over body and rub in gently, targeting specific areas where there is soreness of muscles or aches and pains. For example, for headache, spray on back of neck and base of skull.
• Avoid face, eyes and irritated areas. Leave on for maximum absorption or wash off after 20 minutes if desired
• Wash hands after application
• Do not spray on jewellery or metals
• It may take some time to increase magnesium levels in your body, so continue to use on a daily basis
• Keep out of reach of children. Seek immediate medical advice if swallowed
